Nobody honest can promise you more sales, a #1 spot on Google or a mention in ChatGPT. Here's what we do promise, in writing:
- On time or your first month is free. Your go-live date is in your scope sheet, counted from when we have your logins and answers (phone-carrier registration time doesn't count).
- Missed calls texted back within 60 seconds. During the hours you choose. If our log shows one that wasn't, because of a fault in what we built, we fix it free and credit that month's fee. Outages at your phone company or Twilio, or call forwarding switched off on your side, don't count.
- Works as written, or we fix it. Fixes within 2 business days on every care plan, at no charge.
- Useful or your money back. Don't find your 3-Fix Plan useful? Tell us within 14 days of the walk-through call and we refund the full Diagnosis fee.
- You stay in control. No AI-written message is sent, and nothing is deleted or paid, until a person clicks approve. Missed-call texts and instant replies use fixed templates you approve once, in writing. The only exceptions are the AI receptionist and website chat: they say they are AI and answer only from an FAQ you approve.

No. Nobody honest can. We guarantee the work: delivery dates, reply speed and that every system works as written in your scope sheet. Every month you get a report that shows what changed.
Will AI replace my staff?
No. It takes the repetitive typing, sorting and first replies off their plate. A person approves every quote, price and AI-written reply. Instant replies use fixed templates you approve once, and the AI receptionist and website chat answer only from an FAQ you approve.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. We set everything up, test it and show you how it works in a short call. You get a one-page guide in plain words.
Who owns the accounts and data?
You do. Every account is in your business name. Plans are month to month with 30 days' notice, and you get an export of your data if you leave.
Is my customers' data safe?
Before we start, you get a one-page sheet: what data the system touches, where it's stored, who can see it and how it's deleted at the end. We use two-factor logins and never put client data into free consumer AI apps.
Does the AI receptionist pretend to be a person?
Never. It says it's an AI assistant in its first sentence, answers incoming calls only, uses only information you approved and always offers a call-back from a person.
